Birthday Parties & Private Events

We will offer a variety of private event packages to accommodate all budgets. All packages will include a private rental of the whole facility for 2 hours, with a 30 minute set up period for parties. Our packages will range from our cheapest “play-date” and total DIY packages to our most premium, all-inclusive package. Need something a little more affordable? Book one of our weekday slots!

Other things to keep in mind…

…as you plan your birthday party, family event, or class reunion in our space.

  • Cafe bar will remain open for purchases for guests of private events.

  • The Private Playdate package does not allow any outside food or drink, or else a $100 fee will be incurred.

  • No hanging or attaching things to the walls. There will be a $100 fee if anything is attached to the walls, even if there is no visible damage.

  • Prices, time slots, and packages and subject to change without notice. However, the price and time at time of booking will be honored.

Birthday Party Itinerary

30 min - prep and set up

1.5 hr - guests arrive and food and drink is served, children play

**play area will be closed for the last 30 minutes of the party time.**

20 min - sing, cut, and eat cake

10 min - put shoes on get ready to leave, party favor handout (if applicable)

Capacity

Currently, we recommend no more than 30 guests, but our space can accommodate up to 40 people maximum.
